Running is awesome. My goal for my athletes is wholistic success where the journey is the reward. I may be the right fit for you if you are… attempting mountainous races, climbs or FKT’s, of if you’re a flatlander trying to go as fast as you can on a fast course (or trying to deal with acclimation/mountains). Also, if you want to find right diet for speed or weight loss to look and feel your best (or just general fueling issues). If you want to finish your first ultra, want to attempt a wild adventure, FKT or logistically complicated run, or just want to try a really ambitious run or climb (my specialty!). Whether you want to try and win or just finish, we’re going to embrace the hard, have fun and be extraordinary.
My Coaching Philosophy :
I incorporate a lot of Coach Jack Daniels and Maffetone into my training plans. These are two of the greatest “science” minds in running. I have extensively studied and experimented with different training methods and diets as I’ve transitioned from a world record setting mountain climber, to champion ultra-runner and now to mid-distance track and field championship runner. While I now know what works for me, I also have first hand knowledge of other methods so we can find out what’s optimal for you. I’ll take care of the science so you can just worry about having fun, crushing goals and being the best version of yourself.
