Custom Running Plans & Training Adjustments
You’ll get a custom running plan designed to help you reach your goals. We know life happens, that’s why your run coach will adjust your plan as needed. We’ll accommodate for your schedule, commitments, and any unexpected events.

Running Coach Communication
We’ll match you with a run coach who understands your needs and can support you to reach your goals. Plus, you can communicate with your run coach via phone, text, video, or email. You get to choose. Your run coach will stay up-to-date with your progress through a free RunDNA account.

Race Preparation
Your run coach will work with you on training, mental preparation, race strategy, and gear so you’re ready for race day!

Virtual Physical Therapy Consultation
Initial virtual physical therapy consultation to develop an individualized mobility and strength plan in collaboration with the athlete, physical therapist and coach.

Mental Performance Consultation
You will be given the opportunity for an initial group session with our Mental Performance Coach.

Running Training Plans for All Levels of Fitness
All running plans are custom-made to meet your training goals and needs. Your personal run coach will create a plan that matches your fitness level and design it to support your distance and terrain for meeting your goal race.

with Nicole Kerneen or Kylee Van Horn
Nicole and Kylee, are both registered sports dietitians. They can custom design a nutrition plan to make the best version of you!
